Now until the end of the year, Ford Motor Company will allow customers who finance a used /certified pre-owned car, truck, or SUV through Ford Motor Credit to return that vehicle within a year if payments can't be made because of involuntary job loss. 

 

The Ford Promise is eligible on all used Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, and used vehicles (no make/model restrictions) that are financed with Ford Credit.

 

The Ford Promise allows individuals who have experienced involuntary unemployment or self-employed bankruptcy to return their purchased vehicle and cancel up to $15,000 of debt. Coverage term is 12 months from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for remaining balance, excess mileage, and wear and tear. Other restrictions and fees may apply.
