A Daughter’s Dedication: Carolyn Dorian Carries the Torch
Carolyn is the owner of Dorian Ford and the daughter of founder Mike Dorian Sr. She began working at the dealership during high school and college summers, learning firsthand the value of hard work, integrity, and putting customers first.
After earning her degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, Carolyn spent 12 years at Ford Motor Company in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service before returning to the family business.
Carolyn worked closely with her late brother, Mike Dorian Jr., whose leadership and dedication continue to inspire her and the entire Dorian Ford team every day. She feels deeply honored to carry forward the legacy her father began in 1964 — one built on honesty, community, and relationships that span generations.
Carolyn credits the dealership’s success to its loyal customers and the incredible team that treats every guest like family. She remains committed to ensuring that Dorian Ford continues to thrive as a place where customers feel valued and employees are proud to work.
