Appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Parts and repair charges are separate. Some jobs require shop equipment, and we confirm service availability when you book mobile service at your address.
When your Ford needs a lift, a bay or shop equipment, we pick it up, complete the work at our shop and return it. Warranty work and customer-paid repairs both qualify. Parts and repair charges are billed as usual.

Yes. Our on-site, Ford-certified collision center prepares the estimate and coordinates the claim with your insurer. We repair the vehicle using Ford parts, explain which parts your claim covers before work begins, and inspect the vehicle before returning it. Our shop is equipped for aluminum repairs.
Have the undercarriage, brake lines, suspension and exhaust checked for corrosion. It is generally treated as normal wear and usually falls outside an insurance claim. An inspection underneath the vehicle partway through winter can help catch it early. Add that check when you book through Ford service scheduling.
